BRUINS COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH MIKE CHEEVERS "GROW HOCKEY" DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Boston Ma.-- We are proud to announce that the Boston Bruins Community outreach program has partnered with the Mike Cheever "Grow Hockey" Development Program. (click here)
The Boston Bruins  are so active with our Youth Hockey programs and are a major source of funding and team commitment to many of Massachusetts Hockey activities. It is hard to imagine many of our programs existing without their support especially in today's economy. The Boston Bruins have a long history of supporting charitable programs within the community and we are proud to be one of them.
The Boston Bruins team put on a great push this year and gave their fan's the hope of being another Boston sports champion. To the members of Massachusetts Hockey, champion status in what they do for the community has always been the norm.
The Program:
The Boston Bruins  *  Mike Cheever "Grow Hockey" Development Program in the nutshell. The purpose is to seek, fund, and share within Massachusetts Hockey, innovative methods for growing ice hockey participation in our Town, Girls/Women and Disabled Hockey Programs.
It is Massachusetts Hockey's belief that many of our Town and Girls/Women leadership personnel may have excellent ideas for innovative ways to increase the number of players in their Programs, but the high cost of running games and practices leaves limited resources to implement these ideas
